Bill Amirault is a Career Development and Leadership Coach, who rebranded himself after 24 years of corporate P&L experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Advertising, and Product Development. Since 2013, he has supported hundreds of motivated professionals discover or rediscover their passion, create career clarity so they can quickly find their next job, or make a career change with proven tools and 1-on-1 insights that highlight each person’s unique value. He also wrote a guidebook called “Finding God’s True Purpose for Your Career.”
Based in Texas and Vermont (depending on the time of the year) he has been featured at hundreds of job fairs, networking meetings, schools, podcasts, and with smaller groups. His presentation called “The Inspiration and Motivation of Your Job Search” has been acclaimed by job seekers of all ages and backgrounds, because it gets to WHY a certain career choice is the right one. He supports each client in defining a unique “brand” and value proposition to maximize career satisfaction and income.
Prior to coaching Bill had an extensive career with several Fortune 500 companies in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Industrial Products (B2B), Health Care, and Pharmaceuticals, including: General Electric, Procter & Gamble, Schering-Plough (now Merck), Johnson & Johnson, Panasonic, and Del Monte Foods. He uses these marketing and sales skills to become a personal advertising and promotion agency for every client.
Bill has an Industrial Engineering degree Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, NY and an MBA from Indiana University in Bloomington, where he was a graduate assistant Career Counselor in one of the leading on-campus Business Placement Offices in the US. His ability to coach leadership skills were refined through several years at Next Level Trainings.
He has always been active in sports (college and semipro baseball, competitive basketball, plus golf, biking, yoga, and bowling) and community activities (fraternity, choral, and church groups). He coached a 13-and-under baseball team from Cincinnati to the national finals.
His career development and growth philosophy resonates with people of many faiths, and none: “God put us all here for a variety of reasons. Career is one of the most important. It’s up to us to define and manifest those reasons in the best way we can.”
Bill has lived in 10 States and traveled to all 50. He also published a book called “The 50 State Quarter Poems.”
