Ed is one of the most inspiring instructors that I have worked with. He has a heart for people that translates into his teaching. It is a pleasure to supervise Ed as he teaches a custom leadership curriculum to community members in Chester. He is passionate, professional, and productive. Ed easily receives my highest recommendation.
Six months of job searching, applications, lack of progress...or even responses from potential employers... was demoralizing. With degrees, experience and leadership roles I was ready for a new position that accessed more of my abilities. Discouraged, with a shred of hope left, I reached out to Ed. I'm so glad I did. With his technical help, instruction, guidance, network and a whole lot of cheerleading I rebounded and landed a great job. My mid-career pivot would not have happened without Ed. And the salary negotiation? My investment in Ed's services were more than covered as a result of his assistance with the contract. What a great ROI, with my confidence and financial security restored! Thanks, Ed!

Ed is a true professional! He does an outstanding job at getting someone to realize their real potential. Once he has extracted all of your qualities he will work with you to put it together to find a rewarding and satisfying career. After being back in the job market recently, I was able use all of the skills and tools that Ed taught me during our first career building sessions! When I began my new search earlier this year, those skills and tools came back naturally. This is a testament as to Ed's ability to make you comfortable and confident with yourself will continue for a lifetime! Thank You Ed!!
- Michael Stoffel
Ed is nothing short of a powerhouse! Ed has helped me both professionally and personally in several ways. As a result of joining his career and personality assessment team, I have been able to better help my clients and grow my business. Personally, Ed has helped 3 of my children and my nephew through career assessments coaching and each has benefited tremendously. His career coaching process is proven, and he combines his extensive knowledge with his ability to empower each client with the tools they need to successfully land the job they are most suited to do. Ed is a giver, a connector and a man of strong character and I highly recommend Samnova to anyone looking for career advice.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ed over the last 6 months and can’t thank him enough. He has helped me to navigate the tricky waters of transition to the fullest. A true professional, Ed has a lifetime of experiences as a hiring manager, internal HR manager, external recruiter, coach, etc that he uses to help his clients. He and his team helped to improve my resume and after extensive listening to what I wanted, provided me a road-map to help me find it. I have found that Ed has an educated answer for every question I asked, which I so appreciate. I have found him flexible to meet my needs including weekend calls to discuss time sensitive decisions. Knowing what I needed and when, he has motivated, humbled, praised, and counseled me well. I have personally recommended him to many in my network and would encourage anyone looking for career coach to have a conversation with Ed. I look forward to continuing my relationship and friendship with Ed over the rest of my career.
I have known and worked with Ed for years and his insights and ability to get people back to work and in a position that best suits their skills and abilities continues to improve. I highly recommend his services and wisdom.
I have known Ed for years both personally and professionally. Recently I have become a client of Ed's. My only regret is that I didn't work with him years ago. I didn't know what I didn't know and Ed is a great teacher. I am very thankful for Ed and highly recommend him!

The first word that comes to mind when I think of Ed is BRILLIANT! The second is compassionate. When you combine those qualities in a career transition with the level of experience that Ed has in job placement, you not only get success, you also grow as a person. I have. I worked with Ed to do a thorough evaluation of my aptitudes and interests. We decided that at this stage in career and life, I was most suited to a consulting practice. With Ed's guidance and networking approach, I am now actively involved with my new clients doing rewarding and exciting work. If you are looking for a career coach, look no further.
To whom is reading this recommendation.
First and foremost, I am a type of person who either has something good/straightforward to say/write or nothing at all. I hope my recommendation for Ed Samuel will be recognized with face value. Ed has been very helpful to me during my transition from University of Pennsylvania to Columbia University Medical Center. Even today, I do reach out to him regarding career advice. Ed has nothing been more gracious and generous with his time and utter professionalism. He has always given me concrete objective advice. He is well aware of my goals and understands my personality well. Ed is highly ethical and knowledgeable regarding job search and general career coaching. He is tenacious and will work hard for you. I truly recommend Ed and I am fortunate he helps/steers me to the right direction.
If you need help/assistance regarding job search or career coaching - Ed is your guy!
I had the opportunity to work with Ed Samuel for the past year which was a great experience and one I would recommend to my friends, family and those looking to optimize their career. In my time working with Ed, he listened to understand what I wanted, offered experienced, professional advice to help me refresh my resume, executive bio and LinkedIn profile. Ed was also a great sounding board and trusted advisor to me throughout the interviewing process. In working with Ed, I felt he cared and had my best interest at heart when giving me advice. I also found him to be very responsive to my needs which I really appreciated. It was obvious to me in working with Ed that he is doing what he loves to do which is helping others gain opportunities & succeed. Again, I would recommend working with Ed and hope to continue to stay connected with him as a trusted advisor throughout my career.
At a time when I was faced with a significant organizational shake up, Ed stepped in and provided his expertise that resulted in my placement with a new company in less than 90 days. His coaching and advice included enhancing my resume and Linkedin, important interviewing tactics and other strategies that resulted in quick traction in the job market. Ed….thank you for being huge asset to me in a time of uncertainty! Blessings!
-James R Miller
Ed is an outstanding career transition coach, role model and mentor. Ed and his team diligently revamped my resume, guided me through an extensive networking process and finally, helped to prepare me for interviews. I am very fortunate to have met Ed and his team and if the need should ever arise, Ed will be my first call.
-Kyle Travaglini, MBA
I would like to thank God for guiding me through my career transition.
I trust Ed Samuel with my career management. Ed Samuel was the third career coach that I hired within a 9-month period. And to quote an overused cliché which exists in both Spanish and English “The third time’s the charm.” Ed was able to “finish the job” and complete what his two predecessors were unable to do. Career management, to some extent, is akin to home improvement projects. For example, one could implement one of three strategies to install a light fixture.
1-Do it yourself. Take multiple trips to a big box hardware store. Get 15 different perspectives on installing the fixture and run the risk of burning down your house.
2-Hire an incompetent electrician who will overcharge you and potentially burn down your house.
3-Hire a professional electrician whose reputation precedes him or her knows what s/he is doing and gets the job done properly and safely.
The most expensive part of strategies 1 and 2 is the risk of burning your house down.
Ed Samuel clearly falls into the third category. Ed stands head and shoulders above other career coaches for the following three reasons:
• Ed has been both an internal and external recruiter. Other career coaches lack this experience.
• Ed uses unconventional strategies that work that no one else ever talks about in job clubs or workshops.
• After hiring Ed, my transition metrics went through the roof. His system works.
Ed Samuel is the Miracle-Gro® of career coaching. However, don’t take my word for it. Read his other recommendations on LinkedIn.
Or listen to his podcast where he shares valuable information on his approach.
Finally, I’ve heard that one should budget a certain percentage of a home’s market value for annual repairs and capital improvements. Professionals should budget a certain percentage of the market value of their degrees, credentials, and experience to career maintenance and coaching. Career coaching is something that is not talked about enough in college. Career coaching needs to start in college and continue throughout one’s career. If you still have questions about Ed’s qualifications, please feel free to reach out to me on LinkedIn and, I would be happy to speak with you in person.
-David Gibbens, CAMS, CPA, MBA
Ed brings the full package to those in career transition or thinking of initiating a career change. He brings turnkey tools to help you define a clear direction, choose targets strategically, market yourself to those targets, and ultimately close a deal. He knows what works and is a thought leader in career search and coaching. He has built an organization that supports and multiplies his individual efforts. Most importantly, he offers wise counsel at every point along the way and genuinely cares about you as an individual and your success. I give Ed my highest recommendation and have specifically pointed people I know and care about to him.
I just finished working with Ed and could not be more pleased. He is an expert at helping you during your transition time. I now have a resume that accurately reflects my true abilities and networking in more ways than ever before. Ed is a true professional who genuinely cares about his clients and helping them succeed. I highly recommend hiring Ed Samuel.
To call Ed a subject matter expert belies his true value. He is in a class by himself above other so-called experts. I recently went through a job transition during which I used an outplacement service and met a number of people offering their own brand of career services and advice, little of which proved helpful in the end. Luckily, a friend introduced me to Ed which changed the course of my search. I won’t belabor the details that others have articulated below around Ed’s technical know-how. Suffice it to say he has an unassailable mastery of resume-writing, interview prep, company research and the like. The Sam Nova approach will work for anyone who puts in the necessary effort. Ed truly distinguishes himself not because he has the best toolbox in the business but by how much his interpersonal skills overshadow the technical ones. He genuinely cares about helping people find long term fulfillment. He listens, understands and adapts to each unique person, situation and challenge. The roadmap Ed gives new clients puts them in a position to succeed, his ongoing support turbocharges that success.

I am fortunate to have met Ed Samuel who guided me through a job transition. When first meeting Ed he made it clear that working with him would not be easy but he guaranteed success if I followed his advice. Ed took the time to not only understand my background and skills but also inquired and learned what motivated me and what was important to me and my family. He suggested I explore opportunities that were totally to foreign to me but checked some of the boxes of my inner interests. He respected the direction I took my search but made me answer why I was going there and ultimately kept me on track. I appreciate what Ed taught me about myself during the time we worked together. I am now proud to consider Ed Samuel among my friends and wish he and his family the continued success and happiness that they deserve. Thanks Ed.
My relationship with Ed goes back almost two years when I started working with him as a client. I could easily see the difference between him and other companies. He is very realistic in his guidance and will go above and beyond to place you. Over the period of time, I had Ed on speed dial and can't thank him enough to make himself available any time I needed him. Ed knows the psyche of an employer and is really good at crafting your gameplan accordingly. If I have to give an NPS score to ED, it will be 10. I highly recommend him as he distinguishes himself from other firms by services which other do not provide.
I had the pleasure of working with Ed during a career transition. Ed was able to quickly assess my key strengths and major career wins. He helped articulate these better than I could have imagined and helped me update my resume. He also helped me target companies, geographical regions and leveraged his extensive network to make the right contacts. Within 1-2 weeks, I was self sufficient and on my way to conducting my job search. Although I was up and running, Ed was alongside me throughout the process. He was there for me whenever I needed assistance or if I just needed some inspiration and motivation. Ed also helped me connect with key networking groups in my discipline - these were extremely useful and helped me make high quality contacts. Through Ed's expert help, I landed an ideal job in a top management consulting Company, where I am doing what I wanted. Ed is largely responsible for this. He is a true professional, with the right expertise to help people in transition. He executes with excellence as a Career Coach and knows how to help people as a career coach. I would strongly recommend him to people in transition in their jobs or who need help when making a career change. He is "Simply the Best".
Integrity, Thorough, and a great Listener...Ed talks to you, asks you the right questions and coaches you in the direction you want to go in your career. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and his network. He truly cares about your career and wants you to succeed. His book, ”Optimize Your Resume: DOs and DON’Ts the SamNova Way” is a career lifesaver. I highly recommend Ed Samuel.
-Dianne L. McMillan, PMP, CSM
I got linked up with Ed during a recent transition. I was early into my search and not making any headway - Ed quickly took my search to the next level! I quickly found the next exciting role by listening to what Ed shared and following his recommendations. The thing I like best about Ed is that his answers were always thoughtful and analytical, he was never off the cuff. Ed felt like a partner, coach and confidant during my search and helped me keep what was most important in the forefront while making decisions about my next role. He shared numerous experiences on what not to do and had plenty of examples to back it up. Whether you are early on in your search or your search has been dragging on for multiple months, I highly recommend checking out Ed, you will not be disappointed.
-Brian Harnos, MBA
Ed has a direct, thoughtful and results-producing approach to career change-making. His depth and breadth of knowledge in the coaching arena is a tremendous resource. As a result from working with Ed, I purposefully refined my professional/career goals and achieved successes in my search for meaningful work. I will continue to work with Ed as my career needs evolve and look forward to learning from him.
I met Ed about halfway through what would be a 10-month period of unemployment. While all of the information that I learned from Ed was useful, some of the tactics were directly responsible for landing my new role. I highly recommend Ed for anyone that is in the market for a new job.
While looking for my next job, I finally gave in and called Ed for help. On my own, I struggled not only to get an interview with a reputable company, but also felt a continuous underlying anxiety due to not knowing even what field to pursue. After calling Ed, my anxiety quickly went away. After meeting with him just a couple of times, I gained a firm understanding of not just what career path to seek out, but also why this particular one would be a good fit for me. Through helping me craft an expert-level resume, build an attractive professional presence on LinkedIn, and put together a comprehensive job search/interview campaign, I was able to land a respectable job at a reputable company. Working with Ed was an experience that not only helped me get a job, but also gave me confidence and skills that I will certainly apply throughout the rest of my working life! I honestly cannot recommend Ed highly enough!
The journey of transition can be exhilarating and terrifying. I networked for months; got positive feedback about both my contentment and approach. I met Ed Samuel on my journey. He always had words of encouragement and tips to keep my networking rolling. My search began to falter after about 6 months. Ed and I met for a cup of coffee. We talked about a lot of things, but, what I remember him saying is “Mike, I’m confident I can help you”. With that, another journey began. Ed showed me how to take my search to the next level leading to a job offer and employment. Ed was the right coach for me at the time my search needed help. I am grateful for his help and assistance. If you are looking for a coach, I highly recommend him. Thank you Ed!
I was introduced to Ed during a networking event in Eastern Pennsylvania. I learned very quickly that Ed was a rockstar and more importantly someone that loves helping, a giver!
Thank you Ed for allowing me to attend one of your presentations about LinkedIn. It was so impactful and it allowed me to pivot and become more efficient during my transition. Also, thank you for the time you spent reaching out and your guidance. I am forever grateful.
-Justin Downs, MBA
In working with Ed, I found him to be a real professional as a career coach with lots of suggestions and options. He is very responsive, and has the rather uncommon ability to listen to his clients, understand their needs and perspective. I would recommend him and his firm to anyone needing help with their resume and LinkedIn profile or more.
I can not say enough wonderful things about Ed and his company ! Ed met with my 17 year old son and I for 2 hours yesterday reviewing what career opportunities looked right for him based on the extensive amount of research they did by asking my son over 550 questions about himself , he desires and his values. The evaluation was SPOT ON ! My son has such a better understanding of where he wants to focus his studies and I have a lot less angst about sending him off to college. Thank you Ed ! You really were great with Kyle .
Ed helped me when my position was eliminated. He worked with me on resume writing and gave me many ideas about how to get back on my feet in the business world. He showed me the value of contacting potential employers and the importance of the elevator pitch. I've contracted for a few employers, and now have a full-time position. Ed's extra effort provided me the groundwork to becoming better at my job search to this day, and the importance of being proactive verses reactive.
My son is a Senior in high school and he recently did the College Assessment with Ed Samuel. He now has a much better understanding of his own skills, personality, and temperament that will go into making his career decisions as he chooses a college. More importantly, I see him having more self confidence, which is priceless. I strongly recommend if you have a teenager approaching his or her senior year to do the assessment with Ed. It's time and money well-spent.
-Scott R. Little
I had the pleasure of working with Ed during a recent job transition. I found Ed to be very helpful during the process. He provided valuable insight in regard to how to properly communicate my decision to make a change, how to professionally exit my current employer, and what to expect during the transition period. Ed is a true pro in the field of career coaching and development. I would recommend Ed's services to anyone considering a career change or to people who are seeking proven techniques on how to effectively develop their professional skill set.
I unreservedly and enthusiastically recommend Ed Samuel and his colleagues at SamNova, Inc. to all professionals seeking new positions or looking to optimally manage their current posts. So much about the job search and career development has changed over the past decade. The effects can be disorienting which makes decision-making about the process, choices and tactics difficult to navigate. Ed applied broad and deep experience in business planning, human resource management, and negotiations to the process in a way that helped me to find the right opportunities at the right time. His empathy, creativity and enthusiasm kept me focused and optimistic. Other networking professionals I have met over the past few years have the same experience with Ed. It is my privilege to recommend Ed Samuel and SamNova career counselling to others now. I am confident you will benefit from his sage advice and counseling.
- Weldon B. Smith
I was introduced to Ed Samuel through “Power Thinking Corp”. Ed is a great career coach and I would recommend him to anyone looking to make a career move. He is very professional, knowledgeable, creative and patient. Ed guided me through the entire transition process. My resume and digital presence were boring. He taught me how to market myself and attract the right types of employers. It looked like nothing was happening, but timing and patience are everything. Long story short, I started my dream job today. I strongly suggest that you use Ed and his services for your career coaching and counseling needs.
Ed has tremendously assisted me in re-writing my resume and interviewing. He pointed out my strengths and encouraged me in my job search.
I worked with Ed’s SamNova company for about 8 months. It has been a great experience for me. I was a little bit older, trying to reenter the workforce and had some recent tragedy being a widower. Ed helped me to create a pathway for success that included embracing my strengths, cleaning up my messaging and building up my confidence. He understood my position in the workforce and made me successful again. I highly recommend Ed!
-James Spruill, MBA
I had the opportunity to work with Ed after a 15 year career with one company. So I hadn't been in the job market for some time and I let my networking fall off significantly. Ed has some strategies that will really get you back to networking and on your way to your next role. Some of his strategies may seem uncomfortable at first, but please give them a try and stick with it. I used the presentation Ed had me create with great success on several occasions. Ed's methods may take some people out of their comfort zone, but they work. It's that simple. Ed was also a tremendous asset while working through the offer negotiations. He's a good sounding board and provides outstanding advice. If you have been out of work and what you are doing isn't working, give Ed a try. I'm confident you will see improved results. Thanks Ed!
In my work as a Franchise Coach, I have met many career coaches. There are 3 things, however, that makes Ed stand out from the rest.
1. Ed uses one of the most comprehensive career assessments of anyone I know. It is the foundational tool for every client looking to figure out the next chapter of their career.
2. He brings an intuitive wisdom to his work with clients helping him quickly home in on specific pain points and solutions. I have seen him do this with many clients I referred over to him. It's amazing.
3. Ed's humility and down to earth approach is refreshing in an industry where self-proclaimed gurus abound.
Ed is my go-to career coach. For anyone exploring career options, Ed should be your first stop!
I cannot thank Ed enough. He summarized 25 years of my life and developed a marketing campaign that turned my life around. He was always there to guide me and make suggestions about my next step. Ed was the most valuable resource in my job search.
I cannot praise Ed's work highly enough. He managed to synthesize over 25 years of my professional life, and encapsulate many of my intangible personal qualities, into a resume and narrative that I could only marvel at. The process of creating resumes has never come naturally to me and as a creative person, I have often resisted the form. Ed's patient coaching, knowledge and skilled hand in leading me through the process not only made it palatable for me, but also fun. It became an adventure and journey I eagerly looked forward to the next stage in with each of our sessions. By the end, I was an enthusiastic believer and proponent of the form, and came to see myself in new ways. I cannot recommend Ed and his work highly enough.
I was introduced to Ed while laid off from covid. Ed's approach to tackling the job market is realistic and resourceful. His workshops are both enjoyable to navigate, but provide much needed education for those who may have been out of the job hunt. I highly recommend Ed's services, his webinars and his knowledge for the current job search market.
Ed (and his team) helped me during my recent in-transition period. To echo many, I wish I had met Ed sooner in my search. Ed had me doing things that were important to the job search, but not necessarily in my introverted nature. The result was more contacts, more confidence and ultimately a new job.
Ed Samuel has been an invaluable resource during my recent job transition and search. He first overhauled my resume and then tackled my LinkedIn profile. His knowledge of the networking tools needed for todays job search have been extremely helpful. Through this process, my confidence in my ability and experience has grown. Ed is not only a focused professional, he is a compassionate individual, whom I am grateful to have crossed paths with. I would recommend Ed to anyone in need of executive career coaching.
I was referred to Ed by a friend and I am forever grateful! I was a client of his, but we also worked together to initiate the instructional design framework of an eLearning resume writing course based upon his book, "Optimize Your Resume Dos and Don't the SamNova Way". Both of my experiences with Ed were always positive, encouraging, and ultimately extremely beneficial for my challenging career pivot (and hopefully beneficial for his eLearning course as well). Ed gave me new insights regarding resume writing, networking, and how to set myself apart to land a job in the hidden market! Without these skills and my additional career upskill pursuits, I wouldn't have landed my dream job! I highly recommend Ed both for his character and his skills as a career coach. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again!
-Margie Bowling, M.S. Instructional Technology
Ed really did a great job of evaluating my resume and showing me where I can improve.
Ed is a godsend for people in career transition, especially if you’ve been around the block a few times and are looking to pinpoint what to do next in your career. Whether you are seeking direction or have a well-defined target, Ed will help you to quickly zero in on getting noticed, prepping for interviews, and getting hired. As an executive coach and mentor, Ed can help you to objectively assess your skills and experience, and identify what skills you can sharpen to get into more rewarding and fulfilling work. Ed has had a diverse career with experience across many areas including recruiting - enabling him to be very knowledgeable about hiring trends and practices. He has an extensive professional network and can introduce you to connections in any area you may be targeting. And, he is a pleasure to work with - kind, funny, encouraging, insightful, focused, and effective. I highly recommend Ed to anyone seeking to advance their career.
I was at the end of my rope trying to start a career when Ed came to the rescue. His vast experience in career advising, coupled with a natural intuition, quickly pin pointed a career path that perfectly complimented who I am at my core and gave me a thorough step by step process in attaining it. To all people seeking a genuinely caring guide to get your professional life on track, Ed Samuel is that guide. If you follow his instruction and do exactly what he tells you, your success is simply inevitable.
I highly recommend Ed for Career Coaching at any stage of life. My personal situation was an entire industry shift at an "older age" in the job arena. Ed helped me to identify my strengths, and most importantly, my transferable skills. Ed put together a customized plan for me, starting with optimizing my resume and "beefing up" my Linked in presence. He taught me how to pitch my value to prospective hiring managers through e-mail and call campaigns. Ed also instructed me on how to leverage myself and my presence on Linked In. When I would succeed in getting interviews, Ed was always there to make sure I was prepared. Along the way, Ed was always there for me, supporting me and guiding me to reach my goal. It was a long challenging task making this transition and I could not have done it without the expert guidance of Ed Samuel!
Ed has been my go-to for the past 4-5 years any time I was faced with a financial or employment decision. He has always made himself accessible even when I just needed to bounce a scenario off of someone. Ed has always been a great sounding board! For example a couple of years ago with his assistance I was able to negotiate and secure an overdue pay increase. He helped me by researching similar jobs and current job market values based on my job qualifications. Most recently he was able to review and give me some insight on updating my resume. I believe that his guidance and his ongoing encouragement has helped me focus on more of my longterm goals and has led to a career change that will benefit my family for years to come. Additionally, he has been instrumental in our family's journey from credit card debt to debt-free living. With his guidance, he has helped me look at all areas of my life in a new light. Ed is a valuable asset in the business/financial world but more importantly, Ed is a valued friend.
Ed is a great resource for anybody looking to change jobs or for those who aren't sure which way to take their career. I was one of the latter, and although he didn't directly get me the position I'm in now, he sure helped me figure out the direction to go. Ed has worked with countless others and has an intuition and experience to guide others in the right direction that can be seen in where his clients are now. Thank you, Ed for your help! This recommendation was a long time coming.
Ed is a knowledgeable and thoughtful career coach and influencer. He cares about your individual experience, and tailors his message to you based on your needs. He is also passionate about sharing his knowledge; as seen throughout his many free presentations throughout the region. I've had the privilege of not only meeting with him one-on-one, but also had the pleasure of attending a number of his presentations and walking away with a clear direction of how I should pivot or change practice. If you have the opportunity to meet with Ed either one-one-one, or attend his seminars or presentations, you will be engaging with one of the foremost career influencers of today.
-Gervan Williams, MBA
Ed is a FANTASTIC Career Coach! I had the honor and good fortune to have Ed present job search strategies to two very different populations. As the Leader of the Center City Philadelphia Chapter of the Financial Executive Networking Group, I engaged Ed to educate and motivate high-income senior financial executives who are in job transition. Being the President of Joseph's People, the largest pro bono job search within the Greater Philadelphia Region, I scheduled Ed to bring job search strategies to a very diverse group of job seekers. In both instances, Ed delivered job search strategies in a clear and concise manner which advanced the job search of each attendee. Ed is extremely accomplished at conveying proven job search strategies in a clear and concise manner. If you have the opportunity to engage Ed to learn his job search strategies DO IT!
When applying for C-suite positions, you need to ace the interview process, and Ed can teach you how. His insights for preparing for an interview are invaluable and he helps you know the difference between you being confident that you delivered your best response and wondering if you said the right thing. Ed’s sound advice, his recommendations for improvements, his words of wisdom and encouragement were well worth his fee and is an investment in yourself. In addition to hiring Ed to enhance your interview skills, purchase his book and learn how to optimize your resume. Or hire his team to improve upon your resume. Ed is a thought-leader at his craft. He cares about his clients, and he goes the extra mile to provide sage guidance. After several days of searching for an interview coach, I found Ed, and I count myself fortunate. I highly recommend his services and listening to his podcast. If you want to reach your full potential, hire Ed, and he will help you succeed.
-Clarissa Russell, Strategic Advisor
At the time I met Ed I was facing the challenge of completing a career transition during the COVID-19 pandemic. His guidance, direction and hands-on involvement were critical factors in ensuring that I stayed on the path and properly focused in my efforts to achieve a successful landing. Further, Ed’s insights into the recruiting and interview processes helped me to be prepared for the interview sessions at a level that I could not have achieved on my own. Lastly, the contributions made by the SamNova resume writer, Safiya Edwards, and Ed in reworking my LinkedIn profile were central to the success I ultimately enjoyed. I do not think it is a coincidence that my level of interview activity rose dramatically once the new and improved documents were put in circulation. What Ed offers cannot be described in one singular word. He brings tireless energy, a broad spectrum of professional expertise, and patience to leverage and tailor his teaching and coaching to meet the individual needs of each client. Ed is relentless in helping his clients to understand a proven process and how to achieve not only the expected but desired results. No detail is too small. That said Ed’s tutelage helped me to focus on what is truly important. How to maximize available technologies coupled with testing, interviewing coaching, and how best to take advantage of networking. Ed will ALWAYS find the time to discuss, review and coach with necessary candor every step in the process. Nights and weekends, no problem. He is a savant, a true Christian and professional.
