Reverse Recruiting

At SamNova, we offer a unique reverse recruiting service that goes beyond traditional career coaching. Unlike most coaching firms, we actively review every resume we receive against a curated list of job openings from our extensive network of over 100 clients across the United States.

These clients have asked us to identify potential candidates much like traditional recruiters would. While we are not actively recruiting on their behalf, we use an exception-based model to match you with roles that align with your experience, career goals, salary expectations, and geographic preferences. If a suitable match is found and you approve, we will represent you to our client in a similar manner to a retained or contingency recruiter.

Every new resume submission includes one free search across two internal job databases to identify any potential matches. For clients who want us to perform an ongoing search every 10 days, we offer a subscription service for a small monthly fee. These clients will receive regular updates on our search results.

This subscription is paid in advance and covers a two-month period. If a submission to a job requires a processing fee as part of a job bank requirement, a small payment will be requested through PayPal before the resume is submitted.

Our reverse recruiting option, paired with expert career coaching, helps increase your exposure to real job opportunities and opens the door to positions you may not find on your own.
