CAREER COACHING

At SamNova, our primary focus is to provide coaching and job search services for C-Level Executives, mid-level Managers to Individual Contributors. We will help individuals and couples with their career and job search within specific geographic targeted areas or assist with landing a job as part of a relocation to another part of the United States.

Our process begins with a free consultation where we discuss your current state, critical pivot points in your career, and your goals and begin formulating the next best steps forward. One of many key questions that will be asked is, “What do you want to do?” This becomes a pivotal discussion on not only a career journey but a validation of your life purpose and how it aligns to your passion and opportunity in front of you. Each client will have a customized and tailored Career Coaching and Job Search Services proposal created and sent for review and approval. 

Our Resume Services offerings provide clients the opportunity to work with an experienced resume writer and career coach and then transition to Ed Samuel on to the second segment of work for completion.

Career coaching and job search services include:

• Career Direct Assessment and Consultation (550 questions focused on Personality, Interests, Skills, and Values including a 34-page report, action plan, and up to a 2-hour consultation)
• Helping those who are over 55 land jobs
• Resume creation or revamp with resume writer and career coach
• Building or making improvements to LinkedIn profiles
• Branding using LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook (if applicable)
• Extensive Interview Preparation (EIP)  
• Building and greatly expanding formal networks  
• Teaching clients how to leverage 100% of their network  
• Executive presentations and pitches  
• Developing a disciplined job search strategy  
• Circumventing the black hole in a job search  
• Identifying and executing a targeted job search  
• Creating and utilizing technical competency grids  
• Personality assessment tied to interview preparation   
• Teaching clients how to research firms prior to interviewing
