Executive Coaching

Many of our clients who originally came to us for job search assistance return for executive coaching at their new job. SamNova is committed to our clients' continued success and provides coaching support in four hour or more increments.

The Executive Coaching program targets the following areas:

• Integrating into a new organization, culture, and team; emphasis placed on first 90 days
• Building relationships within a new power structure, including managers
• Problem solving and conflict resolution
• Building effective teams using DISC: Personality ID Assessments
• Building, leveraging, and strengthening a client's formal network and brand
