Liz Brown, Career and Life Coach, Resume Writer and Career Direct Consultant

Liz Brown specializes in helping clients with personal and professional development. She has expertise working with professionals and college students to both discover the best fit for a career path or college major and act toward achieving it. In the past decade she has helped hundreds of clients successfully achieve their goals and is known for her holistic approach to taking the next step in life.

Driven by the desire to help those in the community with ADHD and those who are recovery from addiction, Liz expanded her coaching practice to serve teens and adults who are looking to move in a positive direction and overcome obstacles that have been causing a struggle. She holds specialty certifications in ADHD and Addiction Recovery Coaching and works to help individuals with these unique circumstances find a career that is best suited for their needs.

Liz has experience working in the commercial banking, commercial insurance and health and fitness industries. She is Vice President and Team Lead of Your Cross Talks, a member of the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce, the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce, CHADD and the International Coaching Federation. Liz also speaks frequently on the topic of Work/Life Balance at various local business organizations.

She is a co-author of the recently published book, "The Guide to ADHD Coaching."

Liz earned a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College.
