Shannon Amspacher is a marketing and human resources professional who is passionate about solving the challenges that job seekers and employers alike experience throughout the recruiting and hiring process. She has over 10 years of experience in human resource functions spanning diversity, equity and inclusion, talent acquisition, employee communications and employee benefits, in addition to strategic marketing functions such as brand positioning, personal branding, and content strategy. She leverages this combination of knowledge and skills to help job seekers communicate their unique value proposition and land their dream jobs.
As she is passionate about advancing equity as well as social and economic mobility within our workforce, Shannon especially loves working with job seekers who have experienced barriers to finding employment, whether due to an extended career break, discrimination or bias in the hiring process.
Shannon earned her B.B.A. from Temple University. She holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi) professional designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute, as well as two certificates awarded by the same organization in Leadership and in Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management - Assessment, Inclusion, and Retention.
