• After 7 years of graduation, more than 50% will end up in a career that is not aligned with their college major

Recent College Graduates

One of the toughest challenges college graduates face is finding a job after graduation. 

Our process begins with a free consultation where we discuss your current state and future goals. Then we begin to formulate the best steps forward. We encourage clients to connect with Ed Samuel on LinkedIn and send him their resume prior to the consultation.

Each college graduate will have a customized career coaching and job search services proposal created and sent to the client for review and approval. 

All programs are segmented into three phases.

Career Coaching and Jobs Search Services include:

• Career Direct Assessment and Consultation (550 questions focused on Personality, Interests, Skills, and Values including a 34-page report, action plan, and up to a 2-hour consultation)
• Resume creation or revamp with resume writer and career coach
• Building or making improvements to LinkedIn profiles
• Extensive Interview Preparation (EIP)  
• Building and greatly expanding formal networks  
• Teaching clients how to leverage 100% of their network  
• Presentations and elevator pitch
• Developing a disciplined job search strategy  
• Circumventing the black hole in a job search  
• Identifying and executing a targeted job search  
• Marketing candidate services to targeted firms
• Personality assessment tied to interview preparation   
• Teaching clients how to research firms prior to interviewing
